Hello. My name is Scott. I only recently entered modeling. I'm a professional musician, I went to college and graduated, and lived my dream for about four years. Last August it came crashing down on me, and my career as music director for my church was ruined, so I started exploring other business activities. One thing I've wanted to do since my early 20s was modeling. So I'm changing careers. The music I can keep and take with me, but it can't sustain me for long term.

Fortunately right before the chaos started, I met someone with considerable experience in male modeling, and he suggested I check this out. So here I am. Yay! I've already done a little work - I posed for a local magazine called DisPinSayShun, a pinup magazine with diversity as its focus, and I had fun doing it. I just got approved and have already gained a number of friends. At present, I don't have a question to pose or need advice, but I wanted to introduce myself first and ask if you might examine my profile. I'm really looking for some comments of my biography and photos. Since I'm so green in the business, a little guidance can go a long way to making this a successful adventure.

Looking forward to meeting and interacting with all of you!

Hey Scott, welcome to MM! I don't have time at the moment to check out your profile, etc, but just wanted to wish you well!

Cheers!

Turns out that I *do* have a question. I want to do some underwear modeling, and I have a few shots already. They aren't professional by any means but they aren't selphies either. Is that acceptable on this site? Because I know that adult networking is prohibited, but maybe this doesn't fall under those guidelines?

I'm pretty sure they'd be fine. Go to Help > Model Mayhem Site Rules for information on what is and is not allowed here.

Welcome!
