We all know there are maaaaany scams out there and I hope we all know signs of them:  Asking money for photos.  Not being clear about the company name or information. Sketchy location, etc.

Well I have a few agencies that I have not found much information about on the internet and not even on ripoffreport.com (which is a great great site by the way.

The agencies are:
1.) Talent Management
        &
2.) Umbrella Media & Entertainment Inc. (also call themselves Flavamodels and
                                                                 U-media group).
both are in NYC.

For whatever reason, many scammers will claim that their business is incorporated when it actually isn't.  In this case, there is a NY corporation on record with a name you've inquired about, so that part seems to be truthful.

According to the state records, the company initially filed for incorporation on November 27, 2006 which indicates the company might be brand new, and would be a reason why little is known about them.

Please note that actually being incorporated and/or licensed doesn't neccessarily mean or imply that the business is legitimate or not, further investigation is still recommended.
