I recently acquired a couple of pedestals and thought this would be a cool concept for them.

In the James Bond film Goldfinger (1964 film) they painted a naked model in gold paint. The script had the actress as being murdered and I read somewhere that painting the model in gold paint nearly caused her death due to skin suffocation. Luckily she survived her ordeal.

In a hot scene in the movie Tarzan, the Ape Man (1981 film) the natives painted Bo Derek in a whitewash.

In the 2001 Edition of USA Sports Illustrated Swimsuit magazine they featured models as bronze statues “Goddesses of the Mediterranean”,  this involved body painting by Joanne Gair and possibly using some level of photoshop.
