I will be travelling to Toronto around 16th/17th February to Toronto.

I looked around for photo studio - got some answers like
1- revprint
2- mint studio
3- studio by house
4- Preto loft
5- OBJX
etc..
I do find these prices high. I have my own lighting equipment, so I could cut on price if I bring my own... But TBH, in Montreal, I can get a studio at $50/hr... Seems like this price is to optomistic on my part apparently for Toronto area.
If not, anyone would recommand a fair price would be great!

Here is a possible solution.  Would you consider traveling with your lighting set up and shooting in a dance studio?  You can rent dance studios for considerably less in most cases than renting a complete photo studio set up. Call around.
