why is model mayhem charging me for premium when i never bought it nor remember putting card info in?

They can't have your card info unless you voluntarily gave it to them (or someone else did).

Yep.
I'm a "legacy" member, since 2006. I've never paid. I recommend contacting a Mod and working this out. Posting in the forum won't change things much.
