I want to move my pictures around is that possible? Not into a folder but just so when I go to my photos to move them so like photos are by each other or do they have to be in a folder to do that?

Go into "My Stuff" and click on "Photos". Once there you will see "View".
Set "View" to the "Edit View" option (not the "Order View" option) and you can then drag any image
into the portfolio placement that you wish.
