Planning my First Workshop with an International Fashion / Glamour Model and will be flying her in from another City

Any Advice regarding this venture would be appreciated

I have flown in a few models over the years, but only for my own shoots not for a workshop.

I'd be most comfortable doing it for a workshop if I had worked with the model before and had an established relationship with her.

It might be wise to have a back up plan/model who could fill in if something goes wrong with travel arrangements.

I would want a binding contract to protect my investment in case she decides to not come as well as getting travel insurance.  I don't know if you can insure the arrival of someone other than yourself, but might be worth looking into.

Yes - its a bit of a gamble

but i did a refeence check and a well known photographer in her area says she is very good and he has done 2x workshops with her

So I think I will take a chance

That is an important thing for me to figure out at this point
