There are hundreds of all kinds of images available there to work with.
 
Using the retouched images here on your Mayhem portfolio is usually no problem... But... using those same images on a "website" that is used to make someone money is another issue.    Possible commercial use of pictures requires a retoucher to e-mail the photographer and to ask for or negotiate a separate use agreement.  That is because sometimes photographers have NOT obtained the required written permission from their Models... to use their faces to make someone else some money. 
   
If you have a commercial outside use for your images... It would be safe to at least ask.  Many are willing to grant that use... as long as They have the Models Permission from a good model release.
