Hello everyone,
I have one photo which is ok apart from the goosebumps on the girl's skin which ruin the whole image.
Can you help me/give me advice how to remove these goosebumps on her skin (especially her hands)?

If you're looking for a quick method then take a look at this topic:

Only for goosebumps you'll need a second layer for darkening.
