Twitter's terms:

MM's terms:

"Model Mayhem is a registered trademark and logo. You agree that all Model Mayhem’s trademarks, including Model Mayhem trade names, service marks, logos and service names are trademarks and the property of Model Mayhem. Without our prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner any Model Mayhem mark. "

He already used MM's logo by uploading it to a 3rd party site. Twitter's logo is also part of the design he shows. Hence my comment above about logos.

As far as using the MM logo, they use to have a page back in the day of all their logo's to use for linking, I could not find the page currently , but most sites want links to them. If Twitter or Model Mayhem want to come after me for use of their logo to promote their site, so be it. They will be very busy as thousands of sites do the same (including this one, notice links at page page bottom)!

Well, I just gave you the info. How you will use it is up to you. For Twitter in particular you can use Font Awesome as a CSS style:

That font contains also many other glyphs of social icons:

I haven't researched but I suppose they have settled the legal matters with the owners as it comes with an open font license.
