Desaturate yellow, move blue to green and darken it, increase contrast.

I would suggest in Lightroom or Camera Raw, it's probably 2 sliders:

Blue or Cyan Hue slider toward more Cyan / Green

and

Orange luminosity downward

Of course you can do it other ways but it feels like a couple of sliders

my first impression that image looks like split toning but,
it could be a combination of a few fairly simple things in PS.

1. solid fill layers using blend if sliders
2. gradient map
3. hue/sat
4. b&w adjustment layer set to luminosity

That looks like modified "bleach bypass". Your model needs to have a good deep tan really get that skin tone however.
