does any one know how I can make a tear sheet out of A Magazine ive been in?

You just rip it your of the magazeine...
tear it out, that is where the term tear comes from...

I also have gone to kinkos and gotten a few tears scanned in to create digital files...so they can be posted in my profile..

I have also made color copies of pages I didn't wish to rip up a whole book...
