Definitely useful for some people but I'd be surprised if they were as consistently high quality as these.. and in my business we need a proper commercial license so these guys have the right stuff.

Another decent resource for this kind of this is Surface Mimic, they have all kinds of textures from human skin to asphalt. Well worth checking out:

Mostly non-organic CG stuff but all seamless (retouched very carefully, not just healed edges) with included diffuse, normal, specularity and displacement maps. Some also have alpha channels, gaps (e.g. floor tiles) etc. All with royalty free license available for commercial use.

The minimum resolution is 3K, the maximum is 26K. We will be adding lots of new stuff in the next months, including organic. We have new textures of resolution 100K and bigger.
