When I use my Adobe Photoshop cc I get a sound when I am making some adjustments. Is this happening to anyone else? And what does the sound mean?

Here in Photoshop in the Rotate View Tool(OpenGL) I got just a bit
sometimes, like when keep it rotating like crazy...
I guess there is no Frame Rate Limit and the GPU render with too
much frames per second causing some coil whine.
