I find that photographing for some reason fulfils a need as a photographer and a person. I think that is why many of us do this. Rather than commercial intent we do 'cause it feels great! Anyone agree?

Diddo, It's a sort of release and escape for me. I don't know how other photographers feel,but me myself,I feel a need @ this point in my life to contribute to the art world. Photography allows that  in it's own special way...

I make a conscious effort to keep money OUT of my photography interests.
That doesn't mean I would call it a hobby. I'm very serious
about my photography. But why turn an interesting art form into drudgery
by associating it with work and money?
