OH CRAP! I accidentally shot a 14 year old
No seriously... I did...and I didn't even think to call the pope. And I didn't get a release. And I didn't say a word to her mother (don't even know if she was there)! What should I do? Format the cards? Pretend it didn't happen? Go on with life care free? Honestly...This happened. I may even post pictures in a second...AHHH!!!! Nov 05 06 08:20 pm Link Seems to be a hint of sarcasm......... Nov 05 06 08:23 pm Link Claire Elizabeth wrote: No way! Nov 05 06 08:24 pm Link Close windows, Lock door, turn out lights, pull curtains, hide in corner. Nov 05 06 08:24 pm Link Jeff Genung wrote: Too late, I just called W on her. :-) Nov 05 06 08:25 pm Link Iris Swope wrote: I want to see the picture so that I can apply the correct amount of anger and disgust towards you. Nov 05 06 08:26 pm Link AND you're in Oklahoma--oooh this is bad..real bad Nov 05 06 08:26 pm Link Iris Swope wrote: LMAO. Where are the pics? ) Nov 05 06 08:26 pm Link I also just shot a teenager...in nothing except natural fur! I better try escaping to Europe... Anna, aged 14. Anna, aged 14. Nov 05 06 08:34 pm Link as Barney Fife often told Sheriff Taylor, "You've got to nip it in the bud"....They're coming now... Nov 05 06 08:44 pm Link Jeff Genung wrote: Hmmmmm, if she was from Oklahoma and she was 14, it was probably a wedding shoot. (Ducks for cover as Iris starts throwing things at the smartass Ks photographer) Nov 05 06 08:47 pm Link Consider the good news, Iris. You can license your life story to the Lifetime Channel to be made into a movie. Nov 05 06 08:47 pm Link I believe this was the underage one... Will the FBI be after me? and the styling here was not my idea Nov 05 06 08:48 pm Link That is too funny. In all seriousness I shot a 14 year old also. According to the MM experts on everyone's life but their own I should be locked away in Alcatraz by now. But I am not! I am FREE!!!! Oh wait...a car just pulled up, men with black suits and some nifty ear peices are surrounding my house. Regina...14 years old (now) 13 when I shot her. Nov 05 06 08:51 pm Link How the hell could you not know she was underage? She looks 12. Nov 05 06 08:54 pm Link oh sh*t! time for both of you to lock the doors, board up the windows, and prepare for a standoff....oh yeah, send me all your money too so that I can bail you out! ; ) ha ha! Nov 05 06 09:05 pm Link Next time shoot her with a 45 and bury the evidence⦠Nov 05 06 09:09 pm Link Did you take her to the hospital? Gunshot wounds can be nasty. Nov 05 06 09:10 pm Link Iris Swope wrote: You don't even remember her name---how uncouth... Nov 05 06 09:11 pm Link cisstudio wrote: with that kind of mula see if you can get us a lawyer also. Maybe that Rick Muranis character from Ghostbusters. if it worked for them, maybe it'll work for me! Nov 05 06 09:12 pm Link I was thinking more along the lines of a lawyer from Dewey, Cheatem & Howe... Nov 05 06 09:18 pm Link I photographed hundreds of minors when I was working for two modeling schools and an "agency." No, it's not a big deal, but I certainly wouldn't do it again without being paid. Except for one picture I sold as a bodice-ripper paperback cover, nothing was really worth keeping or showing. It was "work," and the result was paying my mortgage and supporting my family. -D Edit: Found that paperback cover. This one made in the mid-'80s. Monica was 14 I think. Dave was 18 or so. Sorry about the crappy scan. That was done in '98 and I didn't know what I was doing. A print was the deliverable. Maybe I'll dig out the negative and scan it again... Nov 05 06 09:18 pm Link Iris Swope wrote: Being Female, you are basically immune to mis-conduct with underage kids. You really can only get into to trouble if the kids are male and you have intercourse with them. Even then it is 50/50. A female taking pictures of teen females is pretty much nothing to do about nothing. Nov 05 06 09:25 pm Link The most popular poster I ever made shows a ten year old girl. Doesn't seem to be much of a problem... Nov 06 06 12:29 am Link Longwatcher wrote: Perhaps. But then you'd have to worry about what your wife might think. Take your chances with the community Nov 06 06 01:20 am Link did yu release? Nov 06 06 05:19 am Link Nov 06 06 05:21 am Link Well the're going to throw the key away on me. Here is a 14 year old, a 15 year old, and oh, maybe a 5 year old. I think I here the sirens now. I better grab my camera and run! Nov 06 06 06:20 am Link Lets just hope you kept her clothes on, otherwise the "nude nazis" will take your camera and make you work in the "Gutlag".... Seriously, did you shoot any of her naked... then watch out!! I make all my models bring a photo copy of thier ID or if I am shooting underage models I always have a parent or guardian sign it. Bill Nov 06 06 06:24 am Link Don't worry, teenagers heal fast. Tell her you'll buy her a car when she gets her driver's license and spend the next two years looking for a new place to live on the other side of the country. Nov 06 06 10:40 am Link JEEEEEZE WHEN I WAS 14 I LOOKED 10 YEARS OLDER THAN THAT..... Nov 06 06 03:29 pm Link Jeff Genung wrote: would just like to add, stock car with fuel emergency rations, keys in ignition, map of the everglades, lol. Nov 06 06 03:31 pm Link Pictures seem to be missing that were here last time I read the thread. Nov 06 06 03:36 pm Link Wow, No idea how I have made it this far without going to jail... I shoot underage girls all the time, even boys. In swimsuits, cheerleading outfits, you name it. The parents are NEVER there, not true, every now and then I may see one. I never get a release no matter what. I ask them for thier address and phone number and lets not forget thier e-mail address too. Did I mention they also pay me? or maybe I should say thier parents do. It is thier name on the checks I cash. For those of you that have yet to figure it out, I also do school photography, yearbook, sports and dances.
