I'm curious. Who has found great TEXT on some profiles?

I don't care about photographs. People always post about great photographs. I'm looking for entertaining "About Me" sections. Biographies that are funny or inspiring or unique or inventive. Pick a few that stand out in your mind.

This site tends to focus on the images. That is all well and good for a modeling site. After all, a picture is worth 1000 words. But ... a single word can paint 1000 pictures. So, let's see some of your favorite wordsmiths...

I gotta' say Vivid, a model here in Detroit. She's just so darned cute -- her photos and what she's written in her profile.

https://www.modelmayhem.com/member.php?id=32477

Vivid is much shorter than she appears. Timid at first, she may bite if threatened.

Residing in the middle of a land called "the D", she kicks it out old school and hardcore.

She works with synthetic hair and dances out to the synthetic beats by night. But as the sun rises, she goes to school to be a more "profitable" Illustrator/Fine Artist at some College for Creative Studies. Some-where in-between .. she smiles for the camera.

High-Ranking member of the [itty-bitty-titty club]

She lives for the music -- all kinds [no discrimination, but favors]

She survives on toast, meat, and sugar.

She needs to be pet.

She is in love with latex.

Physical Makeup ::

55% coffee / 25% sugar / 20% meat / 5% love

Shake well, and evenly bake for 40 min.

There's a few more, but I'm tired. I'll find 'em in the morning.

Just checked her out. Yes, that's awesome.

C'mon. Keep 'em comin' folks. Show off those who are creative BEYOND snapping a few pictures.

Morton cautiously wonders if he should post what he edited out of his own profile . . .

"He should really find better writers to write his bio," he thinks to himself.

I've though Robert Sanders was pretty cool since the first time he got me to lodge my foot in my mouth..

Thanks to him, I know what "this little pitty" tastes like.

I like W.G.'s...it's just honest and fun and I love the little joke at the end about liking long walks on the beach and stuff tongue I feel like it truly displays his personality, and that personality seems pretty darn great.

LOL.... As I read the OP's post, WG's and K Lara (Kaitlin's photog page) are the pages that immediately came to mind, and here you both are posting back to back!

What's his name? Timm? His profile is lame as hell. Plagarism is NOT too funny.

He stole most of it from the famous Hugh Gallagher college essay...

http://www-users.cs.york.ac.uk/~susan/joke/essay.htm
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hugh_Galla … umorist%29
http://www.annonline.com/interviews/980 … raphy.html

I wonder how many of his photos are stolen too.

I have little respect for no-talent assclowns (as they said in Office Space) who steal the creativity of others and pass it off as their own.

Never said is was original, only that I found it hilarious.  I still think it's hilarious.  Since I've never heard of the Hugh Gallager essay (thanks for those links, though) I had no point of reference.  Though ripping off anybody is pretty jacked up in general, I'll agree.

I don't know anything of the authenticity of his photos.  I still think his bio's funny...

Oh, I know. It's not your fault he plagarized someone else.

Any other clever profiles out there?

Insightful? Interesting? Touching? Funny? Come on. Surely there are more folks who are not boring and trite in describing themselves...

I read W.G.'s and loved it. And after meeting him, it makes more sense.

I stole my profile from my alter personality. Does that make me a 'bad' person?
