A lot of industrials are for companies.  An example would be a training video or something to that effect.  Industrials aren't broadcast, they are made for a specific client, for a specific need.  Why'd you agree to do it if you don't know what it's for or what the pay is?  I'm assuming it's non union, so no, you're not going to be making big money.  Most that I've come across pay from $100-$1000, depending on role and usage.

For in house use at a Company

My mom did a few.  There are no residuals like on regular commercials.  She says, "It's some of the dullest work you'll ever do."  Hers was union (AFTRA) and paid decently, if not amazingly.

OC girl got it right.

There is no such thing as an "industrial commercial".  It is either "industrial" (and not for broadcast) or "commercial".

You ought to check on whether or not you can do it.  Many industrials are not within SAG jurisdiction, so SAG members are allowed to do them.  Others are union productions.
