The proposed use of the images should probably factor into what you charge.  If, for example, it's just for a photographer's book that would probably be something you'd charge less for than if it were, say, a national lingerie campaign.  Do you know what the images are going to be used for?

partially depends on your experience, how revealing the lingerie is, and whether there is a paying client/manufacturer/retailer...usual is around $75 to $150..and as said before...can skyrocket if you are a known face

How much experience do you have, what are the shoots for, where will they be published if they are being published.

I've seen from $25 for some university students to internet models demanding $1000.   Average rate around here for someone with some experience is $50 to $150

I'm a fan of the flat rate, if the model is good and can give the photographer the images he wants, the quicker you get done, the higher your hourly rate, and everybodies happy.

On the other hand if the model has less personality than a peice of cardboard you might be able to get some workable images after a few hours but aren't spending a fortune for nothing.
