Please help! I want to know if international modeling license? exist? or its just a way for peoples to scam models?

sounds like a scam to me. Why would you need a liscence? If you go to another country to model you usually need a visa for it. I'm from germany. I modeled all over europe without problems because of the union. When I moved to LA I just got a modeling visa (h1) through my agency.

No such license exists.  It's just another creative way of separating models from their money.
