I believe it is the older version because it does not have the side pockets shown on the Tamrac website.
I'm the original owner and used the bag mainly to store my camera at home and only took it outdoors a handful of times. Because the bag has set in my house for awhile it does have a little dust and could use a quick wipe down. All of the zippers/pockets/straps function with no issues and the bag is in good condition.
