Quick question.  I'm learning on a regular basis her on MM.
If I have the cd of all the pics I've taken, is their a website I can go to or a way I can print out my own compcards?

Pls help.

If you have any Photoshop Knowledge and a Photoshop program then you can do it easily yourself.

By the way. As a model you don't want to put together a comp card from just one shoot! Just a thought.

Riyike, I'd think that you actually have a good chance of being signed as a plus size model.  Have you visited the TX agencies that have plus divisions?  If you get signed, they'll want to design your comp card, so it might be worth waiting.

Thanks, I haven't really researched any agencies...I need to look into it.  But if it's in my best interest I will definitely wait.

Check out www.spotlightprinting.net  I used to work with an agency who used them. I think they will PS images for free as well.

i also think you have a great chance at plus size modeling.
the only obstacle, if think, would be your age.
but although you are older, you have a great vibrant look.

many top modeling agencies have a plus size modeling category.
they may seem hard to get into, but you have a chance!

a couple agencies:

a tip for submitting photos-
have natural snapshots of you without makeup
& showing the different angles of your face

It's best not to print out your own cards.  They don't look very professional.  There is a place called Supershots in Los Angeles that does the nicest cards.  You can design it yourself or use one of their standard layouts.  They are very affordable and look great.  Let me know if you need their number etc..

Since everyone is referring you to agencies smile

Kim Dawson Agency http://www.kimdawsonagency.com
The Campell Agency http://www.thecampbellagency.com

Both are in Dallas and have plus divisions.
And Dallas has tons more work than Houston. So it might be worth looking into.

In general, the models in Houston, who get alot of work, end up leaving Houston to go to Dallas. So it may be worth starting there.

They both prefer their plus models to be a size 14. Which I'm thinking is about 38-32-42 ? From the plus models on their website. So you're almost the perfect size.
