I'll start. I try to keep my TV to a minimum so its not a lot:

Town Called Eureka
4400
Scrubs.

Which is about 3.5hrs a week more than I should watch.

Luckily they don't all run new episodes at the same time. I'm glad that I watch a lot less tv than I used to!
