Black and silver have been the normal options for years.

Olive green was used for many military cameras; Canon's F-1 cameras were widely done in this color, as were some of their lenses.

Alpa SLR film cameras used to come in a variety of colors.

Hasselblad made some blue, yellow, green, and red versions of their 503 cameras and some lenses for a couple of years.

Leica, in their a la carte system, let you custom specify the leather/vinyl covering's color: red, green, burgundy, blue, etc

Some third party modifiers will recover, paint, or replate cameras to your color choice aki-asahi being one--there used to be many more, but it seems to be out of fashion this year.
