I use CANON, because if I point it at a nikon, the canon will blow it to smitherines, then I gotta go and sweep up the remains of the nikon off the floor, then reload my canon.  smile

Four Nikons (2 digital, 2 film). Six, if you include my two smaller "traveling" cameras that can be used by anyone.

Nikon D200 - Primary digital
Nikon D100 - Backup digital
Nikon N90s - Primary film
Nikon 6006 - Backup film

Lens of choice: Nikon 28-80 f/2.8.

I've always shot with Nikon, and never really felt the need to switch.

I use a Leica R4 as my SLR option.  My favorite lens is my 50mm f2 Summicron.  Aside from the ridiculous sharpness and nice bokeh, it allows me to focus down to about 13 or so inches for those extreme closeups I like so much.  Just for the fun of it, I use a 50's-vintage Yashica A 120 TLR camera.  I can get some really nice big prints from that one, but I don't have a 120 neg scanner, so none of the results are in my port.

my weapon of choice is a canon EOS 1V-hs. why? why not? this thing is pretty tough. taken it through sandstorms, been caught in the pouring rain and attacked by waves and it's never given me a problem.

my favourite lenses are my 35-350 usm and the lens that usually stays on there for anything and everything is a 28-200 3.5-5.6 usm

I have too many
I use them for different things though

Pentax K1000, 28mm f2.8, 50mm f2, 35-80mm f4, 70-200 f4
Canon 350d, 85mm f1.8, 17-55mm f3.5 (gonna get more lenses soon, the kit lens is crappy)
Mamiya C330f, 80mm f2.8
Mamiya RB67, 55mm f4.5, 90mm f3.5, 180mm f3.5
Zeiss Super Ikonta, 75mm f2.9
Graflex Speed Graphic 5x4 field camera, 135mm f4.5

my favourite lens would have to be the 180mm f3.5 for the RB67.  its amazing for portraits.  I wish the RB was easier to  use handheld.  id love to have a Mamiya 7II but i cant afford one.

People say digital is less expensive but the RB6x7 I used I used for at least 15 years, but with digital each improvement is quite significant and seams to require upgrading.

That's part of the raison d'etre of digital.

Hasselblad H2 and Imacon 22 MP back. 50-110 Lens is favorite.

Glad to see others on here are using them and would enjoy talking with other H users about your location experiances with this camera.
