I look at all the ports on MM I notice such lovely dresses and outfits.  Where do you think a good place would go to buy cheap yet very different and unusual outfits are?  Thanks in advance

Cheap Clothing takes time to find:

you want cheap?  goto a second hand store or goodwill 
You will have to sort through all the trash to find the good stuff

Online you can check eBay and Craigslist.  Also Overstock.com and 15dollarstore.com.

Personally, I like shopping at places like TJMaxx, Marshall's, Nordstrom Rack, Filene's Basement and similar discounty places.  Thrift/resale shops are another good idea.  As are sale racks.

You can also ask friends if you can borrow items of clothing, shoes, accessories and more.
