How do you find a personal agent!

Have you thought about contacting a (legit, reputable) modeling agency? That might be a good place to start, or are you already with one?

I think it might be difficult to find a legit "personal agent" that will get you work without a proven track record.

Maybe other models can weigh in on this, but my impression is that a lot of the "personal agents" are a little shady, unless you're at the level where you're getting a lot of high paying work.
