Riiiiiiight.  That deal was far more influential than anything they read in books, magazines, talk about with friends, see in movies, see on TV, hear their older siblings doing or stumble upon their parents doing for sure. 

Yes, the Monica Lewinsky deal had a much larger impact than any of that and the desires/activities of people unders 18 years old definitely changed as a result of that one event.  Goodness knows blowjobs didn't even exist before that point, though how Monica got so good at it before hand would certainly be a conundrum but I digress...
