Gemma Ward :Goddess in the Making or Kinda Geeky ?
She seems like a sweet gal, in looks she's not WEIRD ENOUGH for me..give me lilly cole and lisa cant over her any day. aside from her big wideset eyes and big forehead shes nothing special. I dunno...the "industry" seems weird like that...i mean sometimes its hard to determine if the girls are actually special or if the ppl behind them push them in your face so much its hard to look away. She is both beautiful, and unique, but not for long (I used to be able to spot Gemma immediately). Like Kate before her, she has brought others to the table. When a girl breaks as big and as quickly as Gemma has, everyone races to find that look (enter stage left, Heather Marks, et al). With Kate it was the waifs, and like that era I suspect very few will actually survive (but we will always have Kate!). I think Gemma will enjoy a similar ride if she cares to stay with the circus. The photo I included (and the one attached) is of Mia Giacobbe, the first face of Sally Hansen Cosmetics. Mia has the enormous eyes and striking features which can remind one of a doll, the same qualities which have elivated models like Gemma, Devon Akoi and Heather Marks to the top of the food chain. Mia Giacobbe is easily one of the most strikingly beautiful women I have ever met and had the good fortune to work with.
