Does anyone know anything/have words of wisdom about CMG (Creative Management Group) out of Daytona Beach, FL?

I have a copy of their contract/model release stuff, but would like to hear opinions before I do anything with it.

Contract says CMG is entitled to 15% when they get you a job, say they are non-exclusive and want you to sign a 2 year agreement with them that states you can not work directly for one of their clients while you are signed with them.

Thoughts?

Get references from people they manage currently, then make your decision. I would advise you to stay away from exclusive contracts. You can work with multiple agencies in different cities that way...

On the basis of what you've stated, CMG is acting as a talent agency.
In Florida, it's a Class 3 FELONY to operate a talent agency without a license.  It is also illegal to hire an unlicensed talent agency.

All Talent Agencies must be specially licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

According to the Florida DBPR, CREATIVE MANAGEMENT GROUP is properly licensed, their license number is TA624.  Details of their license can be found here.
