If I see another company or people using the word extreme as a part of their title I think I'll just scream at them...

So far today, I have seen Extreme burrito, Exterme Artists and Extreme Wheelz...(yeah with a freaking Z!!!)

Stupid ass use of the word...

I wasn't asking for anyone to change anything for me...I'm not that vain.

But don't you think it's a bit ridiculous for people to take a buzz word used in marketing and suddenly applying it to places like a burrito place...when there is nothing more extreme about how they make a burrito compared to anywhere else.

Not if the highschool kid making that burrito is jizzing in it.  That's pretty damn extreme.

AAAARRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHH F@#K!~

The Denny's commercial that just came on was advertising their new EXTREME Grand Slam.

Seriously, there is nothing extreme about scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and a biscuit.

It's not EXTREME until it's spelled with an X

Wheelz is more annoying. At least 'extreme' is a word.

In fact the use of z for plurals and the use of a or ah or words ending in ar or er is one of the most annoying recent slang crossover trends.

So I guess it's safe to say that you're not a fan of the show Extreme Makeover.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

I once did some promo shots for a product called "Surge!" it was a failed soft drink that was one of the early X-TREME marketing campaigns.

I kid you not, the tag line was: "Surge! The hardcore psycho nitro drink in a can".
How much hyperbole can you fit in one tag line? To this day I think it's the record holder.

When VH1 does an "I love the 00's" special, the word *EXTREME" will be all over it.
I too, am sick and tired of that played out word!

Advertising has a limited vocabulary seeing that it's the only word most stupid people can relate too and therefore buy whatever they're selling
