What did some of your best modeling experiances include?
What did the model or photograoher do to make you feel relaxed and enjoy the photoshoot. How did they act and reply and what set them apart for the professional and amatuer people in the buisness.

What does a model have to do to get you to want to work witht hem again?

Anytime the model brings the diva attitude it is usually no fun...

The models who I have known that have gone on to become relatively successful in that industry are usually the ones who are motivated and talented, yet respectful, humble and most importantly, hard working...

She showed up 15 minutes early.  Apologized for being early and gave everyone a nice warm hug.  Humble, sweet, collaborative.  At the end, she thanked everyone profusely after paying us.

Result: she is now in Germany appearing in many European catalogs.

She was the last model I had to go through for an agency that weekend (six tests in one weekend).  Both my stylists and I were totally spent.  Knowing that, she called half an hour ahead and asked how we were doing and that she would be there soon.  She showed up with one full tray of gigantic backflip Starbucks coffee for everyone, 15 minutes early.  After that she apologized profusely that we had to go through so many that weekend (there would be a big go-see the Tuesday after).  Everything went great.  Gave everyone a kiss as she left.

She got the job (again) on Tuesday.  Everyone just loved this girl.

The moment I talked to her, we knew it was going to be great.  She was sweet on the phone, fun, curious and humble to the bone.  Showed up early, apologized for being early... (see a pattern?!).

Just got to love these girls.  This particular agency's owner grooms all her models; and they all seem to be like that.  Love them, love them, love them.  The owner is just the same, just a super sweet, wonderful, communicative lady.

The model - Native pics in my port- is a trooper. She carries equipment, hikes the trail , laughs at my jokes, finds new locations and calls me, is not afraid of "spiders and snakes"  Way cool , Cherokee maiden.

Pros
1.    Reliability, on time/call if late or needs to reschedule
2.    Flexibility, willing to work outside of her comfort zone and try new things.
3.    ability to express themselves verbally

Cons
1.    Not a mental case
2.    No Diva attitude
3.    No call/No show
