wide angle trend
I notice in a lot of image that the use wide angle lenses are being used. Is this a trend? Why are so many of you use WIDE Angle? M Jul 25 06 08:15 pm Link I use a 17-50/2.8 for coverage. I don't shoot many of the distorted angle shots, so maybe I don't count for this question. Jul 25 06 08:20 pm Link It's hard to shoot with a telephoto in a telephone booth. Most photographers didn't even have a true wide angle for their digital camera. As they became available and people picked them up, they started experimenting with them, and voila -- you see images from them. Jul 26 06 06:09 am Link What kind of SF question is that? Theda? ; ) Jul 26 06 06:13 am Link I've always been fond of my wide angle, I like the perspective skew and depth of feild it gives in my work. When I shot my color infrared project (in film)the 28mm rarely came off the camera, I think a lot of young photographers are seeing things the same way I did, and wide angle zooms are on almost every digital SLR being shipped. Now I'm shooting different things and using normal to short-tele more, Different projects different requierments. Jul 26 06 09:25 am Link well not everyone has J-Lo butt, so you needto embellish !
