In general do you prefer warm colors (hues or tones) or cool colors?  Of course I know that is also reflective of the subject matter but generally which do you like more in particular on skin tones?

I prefer warm skin tones. Must come from the tones of those old pinup shots..

I almost always prefer warm colors, with the exception of purple.

Generally speaking (typing in this case), I prefer warm tones myself. I played around with "cooler" or more natural tones with the pic's in my port but felt I lost quite a bit of that latin sensuality. As my friend once put it, "hot bodies need warm light!" Works for me I suppose. smile

Did you know that men prefer women who were red lipsticks on the lighter side and orange side,

While women think they look better and other women look better in darker red lipsticks and more on the violet side of the color wheel.

Yup,  Read it in Ladies home journal.

Oh, no,  I did it.  I commented on makeup and disturbed the Precious

Exit stage left.
They are coming to stick my tongue into the electrical socket.

I object on behalf of the neutral colors. This is a prejudiced thread!
