got an email and it sounds kinda fishy? Is he "an  accredited model mayhem scout"? He's promising girls a modeling opportunity that is $1000 for 4 days.

Please contact either me directly or all moderators via the CAM (Contact A Moderator) feature in the info section and give us details and the MM# of that person.

Model Mayhem doesn't have scouts, we don't allow model managers and agencies on here... and the claim that he is a accredited MM scout is hillarious --> I want to know how he got his accreditation... I want one too... big_smile

If he contacted you off MM, ask him what his MM number is.

We could have some fun with that dude, but I am too busy.

UdoR, I do not have his MM# yet. He actually didn't solicit me, but my friend and told her he was a rep for MM. So I contacted a mod, and I hope to get his MM number soon.

Not just a scout but an accredited one.  Wish I had the time and money for that training program!

if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck....

i am happy that the girls on this site are smart enough to know when something is not right.

i know we shouldn't just to the body in a dumpster or sex trafficing thing,  and however unlikely they are, they are still possibilities, so i think it best to be safe and excercise caution with these kinds of people.

i mean the chances of somebody LEGIT sending these messages are slim to none, and the fact that they expect you to leave the country and put yourselves and your careers in the hands of a stranger, whom you have never met or who has never met you, it's just bad news.

The chances of a legit professional agent using an anonymous Yahoo email address is exactly zero. That should be your first clue.

JUST A
ps

Is that only people outside Europe  call it  EUROPE

ie
FYI  USA he would say he was based in a country (if not a city) or several countries....Germany UK Spain Italy etc - by name

EUROPE is not, in reality, an actual PLACE - just a subheading / destination for Africans & Americans etc

;-)
