it's the backdoor to NY (that's why they refer to it as the new borough) ,
the bridge for LA and NY and the front door for the hispanic and south american market. The fact that versace and every major photographer including bruce webber who is up the road in hollywood beach would tell you there is NY LA and Miami and chicago covers textiles.
