Jul 06 06 03:03 pm Link there is a great book for photographers by scott kelby, "the photoshop cs2 book for digital photographers" Jul 06 06 05:43 pm Link Z_Photo wrote: Kilby is good, if his cornball humor doesn't get to you. I have one of his books. There's also some Photoshop "cookbooks" out there that tell you exactly how to achieve numerous effects. Jul 06 06 06:55 pm Link On a side note, here are some of the more useful Photoshop websites I give to my students. http://www.good-tutorials.com/ http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutorials.htm http://www.planetphotoshop.com/tutorials_photo.html http://www.phong.com http://www.eyeball-design.com http://www.pslover.com/tutorials/Color/1/popular http://photoshopcafe.com/ If those don't help you guys out, I don't think anything can. I would recommend for any photogs truly wanting to master color correction without all the hassle of feeling like you need to buy all the extra equipment, I swear by a book called PHOTOSHOP ARTISTRY by Barry Haynes and Wendy Crumpler. Hands down the most informative and technically correct book out there for photographers. After that, any book by Ben Willmore will get you to techniques far past the hokey-pokey books like WOW and Down & Dirty Effects.
