Why on earth would you put that in your bio and one sentence later put I DON'T DO NUDES At that point does it matter if your nipples and navel are pierced

Well, he'll let you see them, maybe touch them-- he just won't let you photograph them. It's an added perk.

I'm not sure. Maybe they're willing to do topless but not nude, and they feel that photographers should know beforehand of any piercings.

Certain clothing can cling to to piercings making them noticable under clothing, such as the nipples. Navel , maybe mentioned so you are aware of this should you want to shoot her in midriff clothing. Some people are extremely picky about navel piercings and it should be mentioned if it's not obvious.

It makes sense to me. If Iâm shooting a swimsuit shot and need a cute pierced belly button, she would be on my list of potential models.

Please Every Model will do nude. It should not even be a question. I seen models go from not nude, to nude, to just dam naked.

Understood, but I think it is a cry for attention for some models what kind of attention I am not sure of just yet! There are alot of new "models" and some longtime members who state certain phrases such as quality vs quantity and have shots in front of a hallway in an apartment or house. And the new "models" claim they have been modeling for over a year but all their images are from a camera phone.

You are all the way right about that one. Some are charging over $50 to $170 an hour. I look at their portfolio and laugh. Them when you contact them some other photographer claiming to be the manager, but do not have a license calls you.

Again, because they can

Quoted again because I think they need to look at ports before approving I understand it is a free site but everyone is ALWAYS COMPLAINING about how SLOOOOOOW the site is. Maybe if we got rid of half the accounts that have not been logged into for over a year and half the so called models it would help us people who are here for a purpose. Or should we call it model myspace because it seems if you have a myspace profile you are a model.

Maybe people should start criticizing the one who need it like the so called "models". I browse the forums once and a while and it seems like people tear into someone who has a legit post but the model who has cell phone shots gets " wow great port love your work"

There are a lot more models where those came from.

![smile](//assets.modelmayhem.com/images/smilies/smile.png) LOL, cute... Ya know that mountain is only 50 miles to the south of me and I've never taken a photo of it. Maybe I need to stop shooting these pesky models and look up once in a while.

thats not as dumb as putting the fact that you have a degree in your profile. who cares if your smart or not, modeling is about "hotness" Did giselle go to college?? who cares?? ok on subject. folks usually shoot to their comfort level, it's model on this site that say "no nudes" and have nudes in their profile.
