i invite them there and then leave them - i only delete and re-upload an image if i am taking the advice and sorting better images. if the critique is really offensive or just not at all constructive the artist (generic - models/wardrobe/make up/photographer) can delete the image and get rid of all the advise (insult?) and re up load it fresh
