Just an a BOLA (be on the loolout alert), I've had two "talent scouts" (one of whom represented herself as a model and talent scout) hit me up on MySpace for a Friends add, and when I checked their info I found out they were with ImpactWW.  I checked & they're trying to "friend" models & photogs there to make themselves look legit.
