Does anyone know the rules and regulations to shooting Erotic, Fetish Material Video?? I mean obviously you gotta be 21+ and over adult but what types of material are out there. Playboy channel use to do the high class stuff. There was a company called Private Screenings that did some DVDs with Amy Lynn Baxter and some other company did some with Pam Anderson. May include nipple/body kissing, hand stroking and body humping. This is not the same as the "cleaned" X rated, converted to "R" rated movies which take out the offending parts for cable viewers. There's also production companies doing solo girls going nude in nice settings 1/2 hr. to 60 min. erotic music videos. They are mostly vanity or art productions. The Japanese and Euro markets buy them up. Only requires 18+, it's not considered "porn". Though, I imagine records of ID would be kept to be safe. Other than that, no one in that gender has been taken to court - at least for obscenity.
