Photoshopping as I write this an even older old-timey thing I just shot for a client, Elizabethan-ish I guess.

This doesn't seem very 20's to me. Maybe it's the feathers/makeup, or maybe it's just the hairdo. Shouldn't the hair be cut straight? It's still a very beautiful picture though.
