Yeah. I think the idea is that the photos are in a public place. They really cannt stop you from taking their picture. What you can do with the images is limited but they cannt stop you.  Like wise. If it is a public place, you cannt stop them from being there. So you think they have no business being there. So what. Who cares what you think, after all it is a public place. Getting someone to physically move them. Good luck with that. Hopefully no one will be a witness to the event. Common assult charge might come back and bite you on the ass. Yelling and screaming may make you look like an idiot or a retard, but it might work. Want them to move. Pay them off. I seen AD's do this on film sets when they are shooting on a public street or parks.

A court order can make almost anything happen. If I wasn't going to med school I'd like to be a judge. Why you may ask. It's simple,  "broad sweeping contemp" powers.
Then I could make them move along smile

Personally, I really dont care. I had people stumble across me being photographed nude. Not a big deal. I think they where more interested in the event then just me being naked.

In Maryland I had a guy follow us about 2 miles and he crossed the river to find us and wanted to know what was up.  I told him this was not any of his concern  and that he was not wanted here.  He left but I have no idea if he did leave.  He could of been watching us from behind some trees or stuff.  But he was gone and we had no problems to speak of.  bs

Where are you all shooting that you run into so many people? 40 years and I have had someone come upon me shooting a total of 2 times. And boith times I or one of the models saw them first and go dressed BEFORE they arrived on the scene.... Now days models seem to always want to bring a friend to the first shoot or two...so put the "friend" to work as lookout. That's as close as I come to having any "waht to do when caught by someone" advice....that and just DON'T get caught.

I tried that in Calif. Her husband was beating a tree with a stick and the ranger walked up on her laying nude on the picnic table.  We had to leave.  So much for having that moron as a lookout. bs

Hahahahahahahahaha!  Made my day with that one!  I just hope like hell that no single person from the Kansas Board of Education happens upon someone doing a nude shoot - all hell would break loose and photography would be banned in Kansas, too!

You mean Phil Klien hasn't tried banning that too..........yet?

Actually, you get them pissed off enough to touch you. That's assault. Then YOU call the police.

Now that would be a refreshing change to these threads.

I don't think I could ever get anyone pissed off at me enough to touch lovable me.

Why would the photographer do anything?

Isn't this what the model's "escort" is for?

Only had 2 occasions where folks got curious (surprisingly both were railroad shoots)....

1) On a trip to Arizona, I was visiting with a friend and she agreed to pose for me on some train tracks at a railroad museum/park.  We got out some rope so she could be the "damsel-in-distress" and when someone looked over at what we were doing, *she* yelled to them "We're professional artists at work!".  I couldn't help but crack up.

I didn't gag her for that shoot... ah well, next time maybe.

2) I was doing a railroad shoot with Alexus (non-MM model) and Tatiana (MM 24040) about 2 years ago when some horseback riders saw us doing the shoot.  Tatiana was acting as lookout, while I was photographing Alexus.  They saw what we were doing, shook their heads laughing and rode on...

Better to not confront them.

(Oh, and if you're shooting on train tracks, and someone says you're trespassing...they're right, you are...)
