Yup, that channel is all catwalk, all the time. (Bloody boring after about 15 mins!) Great to learn from!

First off: congratulations!
Try watching E!s Fashion Television show (which showcases the runway shows in all the top fashion capitals of the world).  I'm sure the E! website has some clips.

You should get yourself a full lenght mirror , and find a long hallway to pratice . Seeing that you are black - my guess is that you will fiigure it out pretty quiclky . oh and dont forget about strikin poses at the end of the runway . Give those photogs what they want t see. Play to the cameras .....
