in an online portfolio.  I'm sure there is an optimum number of images in a portfolio here on MM.  I tend to keep it to a maximum of 20 and try (although it's not always a priority) to rotate them out with new ones.  I've seen portfolios with less and many with lots more.  On that other model site I've seen people with hundreds of images and personally I never look at them all because it overwhelms me.  Like I said, I keep mine at about 20 here because it's probably all my saturated mind can handle. 

Anyone have any opinions and thoughts?  It will be interesting to hear how others feel.

There is no rule about the number of images but art directors will tell you that 10 strong images are much better the 50 bad or even good images. Less tends to have a more powerful impact then too many. The presentation should start strong, the weakess image should be near the end and the last image should be strong.
