Now you don't even need to mess around in Photoshop.  I'm watching the Philly news and they are doing a story on the HP R927 that has a "slimming" function.  It's a post adjustment you can do on an image.  The Lumix FX01 has an "age softening" function.
I can hear the tag line now, "Hewlett Packard.  Helping you lie to yourself so you'll buy our camera!"
