Free downloadable photo editing software?
Anyone know of any free photo editing software available on the web? I know someone who wants to fool around with some pictures and doesn't have any software to do it. The hack makes gimp's user interface and menus similar to photoshop. Do a google search for Gimpshop , it should be fairly easy to find. If your using a Mac I can highly recommend Graphic converter: http://www.lemkesoft.com The free version is quite powerful. The full version only costs about $30 and is worth every penny. Its considered the swiss army knife of graphic applications and has very good tools for batch processing images (full version) .
