Just a reminder to everyone, including myself:  I've had a shoot scheduled for today for a couple of months, and two days ago the model canceled, because she hadn't realized when she agreed to that shoot that May 14th is Mother's Day.  And for 5 weeks, I've had a shoot scheduled for May 28th (with Chloe, for those who are following these things), and today she asked to switch to next Sunday, because she just realized today that the 28th is Memorial Day weekend.

I'm OK with switching both dates.  But this post is just a reminder, especially for those who use a computer or PDA for their calendar.  Those things may not show holidays.  It may be best to check a hard-copy calendar before confirming an appointment.  Happy shooting!
