Simulating SEX Shoot

May 14 06 08:26 am Link Anjel Britt wrote: Nah... it's kinda more like acting. LOL May 14 06 09:18 am Link My first question is why do you want to do this? Will it help you add to your portfolio? Personally, it sounds as though someone wants to get laid, and have some photos of it. If this is shot, do you know where the images will go? Will they be seen on the net in the future? If they are, you know its out there for all to see forever. If the guy is really 'gay' then him getting a hard-on will not be an issue. He shouldn't! If he is not, the he will be hard in two seconds and you have to put it somewhere to make it 'look simulated' I can only think of one place too. Good luck. May 14 06 09:57 am Link Reminds me of an ex-friend that claimed I was a pornographer because I photoed girls in bikinis. Or my own mom because one of my favorite images you can see the models right butt cheek. BTW-it's called a 'penis', we're presumably enough of adults here to say the 'P' word and not get all flustered, right? i would post an image from my erotica shoot but you can see my penis in there and not sure how that would go over with the staff here. May 14 06 10:34 am Link DigitalCMH wrote: Yes, and they also shoot actual sex in a way that shows no penetration so they can put it on cable. In some cases, the guy is really doing the girl, but certain camera set-ups and editing produce the soft-porn stuff. But I too have seen those Cinemax shows where positions are so "off" there is no way it is anything BUT simulated. Kind of funny, actually. May 14 06 10:42 am Link Here is an example.. May 14 06 10:45 am Link Simulating sex is a realm of professional porno models which, it seems, you are not. The wise guy just wants some "good-stuff" using photography, or being gay, as an excuse. Were you born yesterday? May 14 06 10:48 am Link Sounds like an easy way to be relegated to soft-porn work and getting asked to do hard-core by a lot of people... think about it carefully because depending on what you want to do with your modeling, or your life, it may come back to haunt you. I can't tell you how many threads there are of models upset with photographers because they won't take down plain old nudes they did 3, 5 years ago and now they are (getting) married and their significant others are upset about the pics... or even worse, their fathers or father's friends finding the pics online. Wyld Wolfy wrote: May 14 06 10:57 am Link When I simulate sex I like to hide my thing in the girl's vag so it doesn't flop around but a limp gay man will have no problems tucking it somewhere else. lol May 14 06 11:18 am Link He might bend it back and tuck it in his own a$$ Cspine wrote: May 14 06 01:17 pm Link Wyld Wolfy wrote: I think this is a GREAT example of what you're talking about. Or at least what I think you're talking about. It is a beautiful, artistic and very emotionally evocative picture. May 14 06 04:28 pm Link Wyld Wolfy wrote: Judging by the content of your profile and portfolio, why would you even consider shooting something like this? I'm just curious... May 14 06 04:41 pm Link Why simulate? If you want good sex photos, stimulate. It looks better in photos and it's more fun. May 14 06 04:52 pm Link Adrienne Aurora wrote: I thought the same thing... I was getting yelled at for using the word "vag" a couple days ago. May 14 06 05:18 pm Link I've done this a few times and have one pic on MM and another on OMP that may be similar to what you're talking about. As a photographer, I make it clear that we're all here to get pictures, and I'm not here to photograph people having sex. Once that's established, I feel the results of the images are better and the shoot is usually more fun. Despite the lack of penetration, things can still get a little steamy, especially since that's what we're trying to create the illusion of. So, a guy's flag may wave. Expect that, accept that, and don't make a big deal out of it and things will usually go just fine. However, some people aren't as concerned about the images as I am. For me, it's all about the images. For some, it's about nakedness, watching, and hopefully participating. You gotta trust who you're working with...and if I were a feamale model, ain't no way in hell I'd go alone, and the person I'd go with would be providing confirmation of "all ok" via cell phone to a third party (not there) at least every 15 mins. Some people don't know what "no" means. Good Luck! Send me some pix. : May 14 06 05:24 pm Link Jesus, it's like going to an art museum with a bunch of 4th graders. I can almost hear the Beevis and Butthead-like giggles after you asked your question. Way to go, "professionals!" I think its completely possible to shoot a "simulated" sex scene that is erotic but not pornographic. Its all about camera angles and lighting in my opinion. A simulated sex scene could be shot with the models still wearing undewear if postioned correctly. Underwear that is very unobtrusive/flesh toned could even be photoshopped out (I've done this before) if you prefer to not be 100% naked. There is also "strapless" adhesive underwear that is available. It's used in soap opera's/movie sets all the time. Simulated sex scenes are seen in everything from Hollywood movies to print ads, to product packaging. Yes, it can even be art. We quickly forget that passion is just as powerful an emotion as anger or joy (which no one seems to have a problem photographing). There's no shame in it if done professionally and with purpose. That being said, you still have to be choosy and careful, just like you would for any shoot. Does the other model have experience? Have you conferred with him to see how HE is going to approach this? You should both be completely comfortable, nothing ruins a passionate/erotic photo more than akward looking models. From your post I'm going to assume that you are comfortable with the general set-up and just wanted tips. Go for it and let us know how it turned out. -Geo May 14 06 05:31 pm Link Wynd Mulysa wrote: Uhm he was being facetious. May 15 06 12:20 pm Link Sounds like someone just wants attention. May 15 06 12:26 pm Link I was just wondering how many of those hot sex scenes in movies are actually a guy wearing a sex diaper....lol May 15 06 01:37 pm Link DigitalCMH wrote: That makes sense and corresponds to what I learned, that adult producers sometimes make two versions, an explicit version for DVD sales (you see sex organs in action) and a cable version where you don't actually see the genitalia doing any thing, but the actors seem to be having sex. In those 2-version shoots, of course, the actors are indeed having sex, it's not simulated. But as others have posted, in other situations, there's no sex. It's only simulated. May 15 06 01:50 pm Link Just do it and tell the rest of us what happened. Trying is always easier than negotiating with yourself... May 15 06 06:21 pm Link I'm glad to see that a model can ask such a serious question and get such serious answers. May 15 06 08:05 pm Link sounds like a porn shoot to me. and if it is then "simulated sex" in those terms means that he puts his wang close to your mouth, vagina, anus, whichever but never actually puts it in you. you both make faces like it feels really good, then he strokes himself off and you have to have more pictures taken with his stuff on you. May 15 06 08:16 pm Link DigitalCMH wrote: LMFAO!!!!!!!!! May 15 06 08:25 pm Link are the people suggesting "why simulate it, why not just go ahead and do it" serious?? May 17 06 02:14 am Link |
