well I'd have thought that SINCE GIRLS WERE USUALLY TOO ASHAMED TO REPORT THIS.  THE FIGURES THAT SAY THIS WOULD BE TOTALY UNRELIABLE

also while SOME porn when it got started, allowed release of stress and imaginative fantasy etc etc
people had a great a way to know there were other fetishists or transgendered etc like them selves - and all of that
